The fixtures for the Premiership Rugby 2017-18 Season have been announced and those who are waiting the season of exciting matches to begin can look forward to several competitive events between the popular teams. For instance teams like Harlequins, London Irish, Northampton and Saracens would be playing double header games.
Exeter was the champions last year and they would be defending their title against the team of Gloucester. Hence, fans have several games to witness in the upcoming winter months. They can choose to watch the double header games or others and book their tickets in advance as the fixtures have been announced by the first week of July 2017.
The opening weekend of the fixtures would take place on 2nd September 2017 when the first double header matches will be held between Saracens and Northampton and between Harlequins and London Irish. The first round of double header games would be held at Twickenham Stadium. The team of Saracens would be kicking off the double header game at 2 pm at Twickenham stadium. They have been European champions twice and it would surely be an exciting start to the game. The first games of the Premiership league would not be restricted to one venue alone. On Friday, a day before the double header games commence, Exeter would defend their title at Gloucester which would be a West Country derby match.
