Congratulations to my opponent! PDF Print E-mail

I have been honored to have served the people of my city for the past four years and look forward to the new leadership that the voters have entrusted to my opponent, Jim Lems. I encourage all members of my district to get behind Jim and give him a chance to make a difference in setting the direction for our community. I wish him and all his family the best.

I want to thank all of my supporters and those who continued to believe in me even when things turned personal, but I don't hold any grudges and have learned some incredibly valuable life lessons. And I now get to spend more time with my children and furthering my education! Both are truly a blessing in my life. And no honor or gratitude could I bestow more deservedly than on my wife, Joylynn, who has stood by my side during all of the turmoil and never gave up believing in me. She is my pillar, and I hope every person has the chance to be loved and supported by someone like her. Now I hope it my chance to support her in some endeavor that she may choose now that she's not a city council widow anymore!

And to the citizens of West Jordan; you are the best people in the world! You have so much going for you and I look forward to living with you and growing with you during the next four years, rolling up my sleeves and working along side you as we build a better future together.
