If your comments require a follow-up, a member of the city staff or the city council will get back to you on the issue you have spoken to. The City Recorder makes note of citizens who provide their name and address when requested before they speak so appropriate follow-up can take place. However, be aware that Citizens' Comments is the place for the public to speak to any issue they want, not to have a conversation or banter with the City Council or staff. Questions asked during comments will receive follow-up after the meeting has concluded to allow appropriate research or proper form to be followed depending upon the request or issue.
