Have you been on the Internet long? "FAQ" stands for "Frequently Asked Questions." It is an acroymn commonly used on the Internet as a place for people to look for answers to questions other people are likely to have asked before. People often publish information in FAQs to save themselves having to repeat the answers to the same questions they are often asked over and over again. If you have a question that you think might make a good FAQ, use the Contact Us link and I'll see if I can get you an answer or fit it in the FAQ section for other people to read.
