Rob's blog

So, what is Rob's blog? Well, you probably know that a blog is a place for people to write and share whatever moves them. This blog has has gone through several iterations over the years. In the end, it has been my desire to share some what I've learned, observed, studied and addressed in my capacity as a city councilman, citizen, student, parent, neighbor, and all the other hats that in your own quest to be an "informed" citizen that might be of use to you. This site is a way for me to answer questions, publish information, and seek input and feedback from my constituents in West Jordan.

Some of what I write is opinion. Some is fact. Some you will disagree with. Others you won't. It is my hope that in visiting this site, you are interested in what is happening in your community; you want to know more about who you elect; you want to decide who best represents your interests; or you want to find dirt to throw the rats out of office (hard to find an honest politician, but it would all be different if it was us who was elected, right? )

I hope you will let me know what you think, what your opinions and questions are, and help us find a common ground where we can understand and be understood by each other. Having said that, feel free to peruse and let me know what you think!
